The series is set in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Apart from the mainland of the Indian subcontinent, the island is like mini-India itself. Many tourists visit the island to admire the beauty and calmness of nature.
The peace of the island gets disturbed when 11 people with similar but strange health issues get admitted to three different hospitals on the island. There is no history of such a health issue being discovered. The doctor have no clue about the ailment and doesn’t know how to treat the health issue.
This situation gets worse when the number of cases begins to increase at fast rate. This put the higher authorities on alert. After some research, the authorities found out about the life-threatening diseases spreading across the island. People start to struggle for their lives. They are fighting to survive through this deadly disease.
The news goes viral all over the world. This results in the disconnection of the flight services. The only way left to escape the island is through the ocean.
But what if the water around the island is the main reason behind this panic situation? How can people save their lives?
Actors Mona Singh, Amey Wagh, Sukant Goel, Arushi Sharma, Radhika Mehrotra, Vikas Kumar, Chinmay Mandlekar, and Poornima Indrajith are playing various characters in the series.
The story of the series is written by Biswapati Sarkar, Nimisha Misra, Sandeep Saket, and Amit Golani. The series is being directed by Sameer Saxena and Amit Golani. The production of the series is done by Sameer Saxena under the Posham Pa Pictures banner.
The series is releasing on October 18, 2023 on Netflix.
