Kangana Ranaut is awaiting the release of her next film ‘Emergency‘. The actress, who will be seen as former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, is busy promoting her film. In her recent interview, the actress talked about the need for censorship of online content.

Kangana believes that the content has become quite violent. She also believes that this has led to women being seen as objects.

Kangana Ranaut spoke to ETimes about online shows (OTT) and YouTube content. The actress said, ‘The content has also become very violent and horrific, especially in person where people watch anything with headphones. This has increased the objectification of women a lot.’

Kangana believes that online shows should be censored, including YouTube. The actress added, ‘Many countries have done this and they are at least better than India. Look, the kind of cases that are happening in India are worrying for everyone.’
