Kangana Ranaut : Kangana Ranaut Bought The Bungalow In September 2017
BJP MP and Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has sold her bungalow located on Nargis Dutt Road in Pali Hill area of Bandra, Mumbai for Rs 32 crore. This information has been received from property registration documents. The documents revealed that Kangana Ranaut bought the bungalow in September 2017 for Rs 20 crore.

The bungalow is spread over a built-up area of 3,075 sq ft and has a parking space of 565 sq ft. The transaction was registered on September 5, 2024, for which a stamp duty of Rs 1.92 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 have been paid. The buyer of this property is Shwetha Bathija, partner of Kamalini Holdings, who lives in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
As BJP’s Lok Sabha candidate from Mandi in Himachal Pradesh, Kangana Ranaut declared assets worth more than 91 crores in May 2024, which included movable assets worth Rs 28.7 crore and immovable assets worth Rs 62.9 crore.
Earlier there was a buzz that Kangana was selling this property for Rs 40 crore. However, neither did Kangana react to this at that time nor has she reacted now after selling the house.
