Varun Dhawan will soon be seen in the high-octane action drama Baby John, which is all set to release on Christmas. Much to the delight of fans, today the makers have finally released the taster cut of the film. The taster cut has everything that fans have been waiting for. Filmmaker-director Karan Johar is also very impressed with the taster cut of Baby John and he praised Varun Dhawan and also wrote a special note.
Soon after the release of the taster cut of Baby John, Karan Johar shared it on his Instagram story. Along with the video, Karan Johar also praised Varun Dhawan and called him his ‘student’. Calling it a Christmas bonanza, he also congratulated the team of Baby John. “Wow my student @varundvn dhamal macha diya! Christmas bonanza, congratulations team Baby John,” wrote Karan.
Varun Dhawan started his acting career with Karan Johar‘s 2012 film ‘Student of the Year’. He was accompanied by Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra in this film. He played the character of Rohan Nanda in this film. Varun‘s acting in this film was highly praised. Talking about Baby John, this film is an exciting masala family entertainer, which has action, drama and thrilling moments along with great music and a great cast. On the occasion of Diwali, the motion poster of Baby John was released, which revealed Varun Dhawan‘s first look from the film. Earlier, Jackie Shroff‘s look as the villain Babbar Sher was also released. Sharing Jackie Shroff’s first look, Varun had captioned it, “Get ready to meet the darkness you never thought possible… The evil of #BabyJohn! #Babbarsher is coming for you!”
