In an interview, Kareena Kapoor Khan claimed that they primarily quarrel over ‘time’. She explained how difficult it is to balance time as an actor and recounted an incident in which Saif Ali Khan arrived at 4.30 a.m. from work and went straight to sleep while she departed for work. After waking up, he departed for work, while she needed to drive to Bangkok. So she remarked, “We get down with the calendar to schedule this day and time. This is what happens when you have two actors in the house.” She also stated that she gets irritated when Saif Ali Khan allows Taimur to remain up until late.
She also cited another cause for the disagreement between the two, which is quite relevant. Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan, like many other couples, argue about the temperature of their air conditioner. She claimed that Saif prefers a temperature of 16 degrees Celsius, whilst she prefers 20 degrees Celsius. They somehow manage to settle over 19 degrees. The Jaane Jaan actress further recounted how her sister Karisma Kapoor would secretly raise the thermostat to 25 degrees Celsius while visiting.
