Kartik Aaryan Claims That He Was “Completely Anti-Social”

Kartik Aaryan talked candidly about the rigorous year and a half of preparation that went into his next movie Chandu Champion.

Kartik Aaryan dazzled viewers with his physical metamorphosis in the teaser and advertisements for his next film Chandu Champion. In a recent interview with Film Companion, Kartik Aaryan—who is currently promoting the biopic drama—said that he was “completely anti-social” during the filming, which included workshops, training, and diet maintenance.

Kartik Aaryan stated, “I was living an anti-social life,” in the interview. “I wasn’t particularly social before, but I was utterly antisocial during this procedure. And I began to enjoy it… I went to the set of Anees [Bazmee] sir. I was informed that my energy had decreased and that I needed to regain it as soon as I completed my first scene and began filming for Bhool Bhulaiyaa. I felt after a while that I was acting too much, so I gave up attempting to raise it. I even asked him to confirm again. It was difficult to strike the correct balance.”

Kartik Aaryan went into depth about the preparation needed to perform the real-life role, saying, “It involved giving up everything I was eating. I had never eaten anything like it before. It was something that was never tasty. I’ve become a more contemplative, upbeat, and spiritual person as a result of this. Not that I was all that bad… I was practically a recluse. exercising and exercising correctly without giving anything any thought. It required a lot of patience and persistence, and I followed it for 1.5 and 2 years.” Kartik added that in order to play the part, he had to train with the actual pros in boxing and swimming.
