Kill, directed by Nikhil Bhat, has been labelled “India’s Most Violent Movie Ever.” On Wednesday, the cast and crew of the movie attended the trailer’s debut in Mumbai.
The main cast of the movie includes Lakshya, Raghav Juyal, Ashish Vidyarthi, Harsh Chhaya, and Tanya Maniktala. Lakshya’s character is seen using weaponry to the fullest in the trailer.
The crew and cast of the movie arrived at the trailer unveiling dressed in unisex attire. They were all dressed in red T-shirts, sweatshirts, or jumpers with the word “kill” printed in either Hindi or English.
During the press conference and launch, they wore it simply, dressing in jeans and trainers and making the word “kill” on their shirt the centre of attention.
On September 7, 2023, Kill made its theatrical debut at the Toronto International Film Festival, where it placed first runner-up for the Midnight Madness People’s Choice Award.
On July 5 of this year, the movie will be released in Indian theatres. Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Guneet Monga, and Achin Jain are the producers of Kill.
The plot of the movie is based on an Army commando travelling via Rajdhani Express discovers that it is being ambushed by bandits. He and his companion employ harsh methods to eliminate the adversary.
Critics gave the movie positive reviews when it debuted at TIFF in 2023; some even compared it to flicks like The Night Comes for Us or The Raid.
