‘Lahore 1947’ : Preity Zinta Is Set To Return To Bollywood After 7 years

Lahore 1947 is not the first time that Preity Zinta and Sunny Deol are seen together. He has previously acted in many films.

After a prolonged absence from Bollywood, Preity Zinta is all set to make her comeback in Hindi cinema with a special role in the highly anticipated Sunny Deol starrer, ‘Lahore 1947’. Confirming the news herself, Preity delighted her fans on Hanuman Jayanti, April 23rd, by sharing photos from the movie’s sets. She posted a picture of the film’s clapperboard with the caption ‘On the sets of Lahore 1947…’ and also shared a snapshot alongside director Rajkumar Santoshi.

This is not the first time that Preity Zinta and Sunny Deol are seen together. He has previously acted in many films like ‘Hero: Love Story of a Spy’, ‘Farge’ and ‘Bhaiyyaji Superhit’. Meanwhile, many people are commenting on Preity‘s post after this post went viral. One fan wrote on the post, “I’m happy now that Preity is back.” Another wrote, “Queen is back in Bollywood” while another wrote, “Like Ghadar 2, ‘Lahore 1947’ is going to be a hit at the box office.”

Announced in October last year, ‘Lahore 1947’ marks the debut collaboration between Sunny Deol and Aamir Khan‘s production houses. Currently, the film is being shot in a grand haveli. Preity Zinta, known for her roles in films like ‘Sangharsh’, ‘Dillagi’, ‘Kya Kehna‘, ‘Dil Chahta Hai’, and ‘Veer Zara’, continues to leave her mark in the film industry.
