Plot of the movie Maboroshi
The story of revolves around a young boy named Masamune. He is a third year middle school student.
Masamune lives in a town where time has stopped. An unexpected explosion in the a steelworks factory has lead to mysterious consequences in the town. Because of the explosion the time of the town has mysteriously frozen.
The residents of the town hopes that one day everything will turn to normal by itself. All the residents of the town are now forbidden from changing. They should live their everyday lives. In the hope of bright future all the residents stickly follows the rule and regulations of the town.
One day, an enigmatic classmate of Masamune named Atsumi leads him to the blast furnace of the steelwork factory. This is the exact location where the blast has happened.
The two young students finds a strange girl at the steel factory. The girl doesn’t know how to talk and she look like a wild wolf. This unexpected meeting of Masamune and the strange girl upsets the balance of the world.
Their meeting leads to a unstoppable love impulse of boys and girls who are living the same gloomy everyday life. And creates a destruction in the world. How this destruction will stop?
