In Part 1 of two, centuries-old Greek Titans are released from their imprisonment by a witless demon, and they soon set out to kill the elders responsible for their confinement. Meanwhile, Paige has apocalyptic dreams that she fears are warnings of a major disaster in the real world., In the first half of Charmed’s fifth-season finale (originally telecast as a single two-hour episode), the mythical Titans are released from their eternal prison, whereupon they wipe out all the Whitelighter Elders — leaving only Leo (Brian Krause) in charge. While Leo is thus occupied, a mysterious Whitelighter from the future is assigned as guardian angel for the Charmed Ones. Somehow, this results in the three girls being transformed into Greek goddesses: Piper (Holly Marie Combs) is the Goddess of Earth, Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) is the Goddess of Love, and Paige (Rose McGowan) is the Goddess of War!, Leo has to become an Elder and the Charmed Ones have to become Greek goddesses in order to fight a pair of Titans and save the world., When a group of mythical deities known as the Titans are released from confinement and try to kill all the Elders, a mysterious whitelighter from the future called Chris turns up to guide the Charmed Ones. Leo is forced to give the Halliwells ultimate power to vanquish the Titans by recreating them as Greek goddesses, but will the sisters be seduced by their vast new powers?, Released after centuries spent entombed beneath the Arctic ice, the Titans (Greek mythic gods) set out to eliminate their captors, the Elders. Phoebe and Paige are nearly defeated by the Titans, but are saved by Chris, a mysterious Whitelighter from the future. Meanwhile, Leo makes a decision to give the Charmed Ones the ultimate power to vanquish the Titans, recreating them as Greek Goddesses, despite the risk that they will be seduced by their vast new powers. Phoebe becomes the Goddess of Love, Piper the Goddess of Earth and Paige the Goddess of War. However, Piper’s life is turned upside down when Leo accepts his call to become the new leader of the Elders.
