On their first ever package holiday, the Boyles from Dorset encounter the hotel buffet. Birmingham socialites Riah, Reena and Keisha are looking for holiday romance and find plenty of potential suitors on the nightclub strip. Burnley couple Pete and Linda cannot understand why anyone would want to leave the hotel when there is free beer on tap, while the Brearley family join in the karaoke, much to the embarrassment of their 14-year-old son Ben. For Craig Chapman-Blackwell and Stuart McDonald from Bradford, hopes of a relaxing break are dashed as there is a noisy building site next to the hotel pool.
