MTV Hutsel is the famous reality show in India. Its theme is rap or hip-hop music. The show is developed to give a better platform to people who have talent for rapping and hip-hop music.
The show follows a simple method for the selection of contestants for the show. Auditioneers are invited to fill out the registration form available on Voot. A number of aspirant rappers fill out the registration form to take part in the musical reality show. Out of these numerous applicants, only 15 get selected to participate in the reality show. Those who have more talent get selected. The rappers are judged on the basis of their writing skills and rapping style.
India’s famous rapper Badshah is the judge on the reality show. Badshah is a well-known rapper. He is a excellent rapper, songwriter and music composer. Some of his famous tracks are Dj Waley Babu, Wakhra Swag, and Kar Gayi Chull. He has done a number of music tracks and has won many awards.
There are four squads in the show. The four squar leaders are EPR, Dino James, Dee MC, and King Rocco. All of them are famous musicians. They have their own specialties in music. They are well known personalities of the music world.
Badshah decides the team member for each of the squads. The 15 members are trained and polished under the supervision of the squard leader. They perform on a weekly basis and compete against others. Each participant wrote lyrics for his songs; they also decided the composition of the music. They get guidance from their gang leader to improve their work.
The show is based on the voting format. Viewers can vote for their favourite rapper through the Voot pp. Each week, a participating rapper gets eliminated from the show on the basis of votes by viewers. The participant who gets the fewest votes gets eliminated.
MTV Hustle 3.0 is hosted by Krissann Barretto. She is a well known television actress in India. She has acted in a popular Indian television drama, Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan. She had also participated in the reality game show on MTV, Ace of Space 2. She also works as a model for various leading brands.
The reality hip-hop show is produced by Colosseum Media.
