British author Neil Gaiman is accused of rape. The allegations have been made by not one but many women. New York Magazine published the news based on conversations with eight women. In this, women have accused the bestseller writer. Neil Gaiman has clarified on these allegations against him. He has denied the rape allegations.
Accused of raping a woman working in the house in front of her son
One of the women who accused Gaiman of rape is also a maid working at Gaiman‘s house. The woman alleges that Gaiman raped her several times. The woman started working at the writer’s house in the year 2022. She was only 22 years old then. The woman said that the writer raped her in front of her son. The woman’s son was just five years old when Gaiman raped him. Apart from this, she was exploited on many other occasions as well.
Allegations of exploitation have been made earlier as well
This is not the first time that Gaiman has been accused of rape. Earlier in July 2024 also, such allegations were made against him. Then the British news website Tortoise Media Podcast released a podcast series on the allegations against Gaiman. In this, five women had accused the writer of rape. One of the accusers told New York Magazine that she met Gaiman through his wife Amanda Palmer on an island in New Zealand. The couple then lived with their son in 2022. Let us tell you that Gaiman is now separated from his wife Palmer.
