Nora Fatehi had to take therapy at the beginning of her career
Nora Fatehi recently opened up about her journey in Bollywood. At the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM), the actress revealed how she faced many tough situations as a newcomer. Initially, she met people who claimed they could help her but their intentions were ulterior motives. Some promised to connect her with big production houses, but this often led to scary situations. Nora has also stunned everyone with some other big revelations.
Nora tells scary stories of innocent days
Nora Fatehi was just 22 years old and had just moved to India from Canada. Without knowing anyone, she often trusted the wrong people, assuming that their intentions were good. In a conversation with Rajeev Masand, Nora told, ‘Now, I would say why am I coming with you? What do you want from me? Obviously, no one does anything for free, but at that time, I was like God has sent this person to me and I followed a lot of idiots because of my naivety.’
Challenges at every step
She gradually realized that even when these people introduced her to the right people, some of them still expected something in return, which made her feel insecure. Nora said, ‘It put me in really scary situations where the person would finally say, come on, what will I get from this?’ And it put me in these scary situations where I had to fight that person. It was really weird.’
