Josh Parker is Cheif Technology Officer at Zenotek in Chicago. He has recently got divorced. And after mourning over his failed marriage he goes back to his work.
The CEO of the interim company Carol Vanstine arrives at the office to have a meeting with Josh and Branch Manager Clay Vastone. She informs both of that the company has failed to meet its quarterly target. She threatens them to lay off 40% of their employees, cancelation of the Annial Christmas party and bonuses.
Carol and Clay are siblings. They have recently lost their father. Carol resents Clay as their father’s favourite child, threatens to shut down the branch. Clay is desperate to safe his branch and employees from the warth of Carol. And he must find a way out this troubles.
Luckily, Clay gets a business offer from a leading business man Walter Davis. And Clay and his team can acquire a $14 million contract from the wealthy businessman.
Josh, Clay and Tracey Hughes make plans to get the business offer from Walter Davis. At the meeting Walter says that he likes Zenotek company products. But the company lacks in corporate culture and their behavior with employees are also not good.
To impress Walter Davis, Josh and Clay invites him to a Chirstmas Party to show him that they have a healthy employee environment. But the party turns out to be a nightmare for them. They must make effort to save their business and the Office Christmas party.
