Paramporul tells the story of the world of idol smuggling. The smuggling networks run from the villages of Tamil Nadu to the urban cities of the United States. There is a young man named Aadhi. He wants to make money for the treatment of his ailing sister. He meets a corrupt police officer named Maithreyan. The police inspector is greedy and wants to make more money to take care of her daughter. His daughter is under the parental custody of his wife. The couple is not on good terms and is not living together.
Aadhi and Maithreyan agree to do the criminal activity of smuggling together. They together make a good team. Aadhi is a courageous man. He tends to do various risky tasks easily. And Maithreyan, as a cop, provides him with full security and saves him from being caught. They start to make money as fast pace.
Until one of their scum gets into the danger. Some unexpected circumstances built a number of hurdles for them to perform a big smuggling deal. They both get caught in a chaotic situation. These situations lead Aadhi and Maithreyan into dangerous situations. Even lives of their family members are also in danger. What are the various troubles with which Aadhi and Maithreyan are dealing? How will Aadhi and Maithreyan save their lives?
Actors R. Sarathkumar, Amitash Pradhan, Kashmira Pardeshi, Balaji Sakthivel, and T. Siva are playing key roles in the series, with various other actors in supporting roles.
The main lead actor of Paramporul, R. Sarathkumar, has played various roles in more than 145 films. He is a versatile actor. He has works Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada films. R. Sarathkumar has won the Tamil Nadu State Film Awards and the Filmfare Awards South. He has also played influential roles in the recently released movies Por Thozhil, Custody, and Rangabali.
Amitash Pradhan is also playing the lead role in the movie. He mostly acted in Tamil movies. He has acted in movies such as Velaiilla Pattadhari, Bruce Lee: The Fighter, Heartbeats, Vaanam Kottatum, Kutty Story, and Thalli Pogathey.
Paramporul is written and directed by C. Aravind Raj. It’s the debut movie by C. Aravind Raj. The movie is produced by Manoj and Girish under the Kavi Creations banner.
The music for the movie is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Yuvan has won many awards, such as the Filmfare Awards South, the Mirchi Music Awards South, the Vijay Awards, and the Tamil Nadu State Film Awards. Yuvan Shankar Rajs has worked with the biggest labels in the country, such as Sony Music, Think Music India, Saregama, Eros, Divo, Zed, Lahari, U1 Records, Wunderbar, and Aditya.
