Ranganathan Madhavan (born 1 June 1970) is an Indian actor, writer, director, and producer who predominantly appears in Tamil and Hindi films. Over the course of his career, he has been a recipient of several accolades including one National Film Award, four Filmfare Awards South and two Tamil Nadu State Film Awards. Currently, he serves as the President of Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune.[3][4]
