Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba is a sequel to the 2021 film Haseen Dillruba, written by Kanika Dhillon and directed by Jayprad Desai.

The plot of Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba revolves around a housewife named Rani, who believes she lost her husband, Rishabh, in an explosion while feeding stray dogs outside her home. When police examine the terrible incident, they discover that Rani attempted to kill his husband by reading a thriller love novel, as Rani described in her statement. Rani and Rishabh are reunited, although he has lost his left hand. In the middle of this, Rani begins an extramarital romance with Abhimanyu and attempts to leave her husband. When cops capture Rani after a protracted inquiry, she attempts to flee with the help of Rishabh.
Taapsee Pannu plays Rani Kashyap, Vikrant Massey as Rishabh Saxena, Bhumika Dube, Aditya Srivastava as Kishore Rawat, Sunny Kaushal as Abhimanyu, and Jimmy Shergill as Mrityunjay. It was written by Kanika Dhillon and directed by Jayprad Desai. Colour Yellow Productions and T Series Films are producing the sequel film.
