Prakash Raj: Producer Vinod Kumar made serious allegations
Prakash Raj is currently seen in the role of Singappa in the film ‘Devara Part One‘. Junior NTR, Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor are in the lead roles in this film. Meanwhile, the actor has come into the limelight due to a controversy. Prakash has been accused by film producer Vinod Kumar of causing a loss of Rs 1 crore. The producer said that Prakash has cheated him. The actor left the film set without informing and is not even responding to his calls or messages.
Prakash shared a photo with Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin and Chief Minister MK Stalin on Instagram and said, “With a deputy CM, just asking.” To this, Vinod replied, “The other three celebrities sitting with you have won the elections, but you lost what you invested in, that’s the difference. You caused a loss of Rs 1 crore on my shooting set, disappeared from the set without telling us. What was the reason? Just asking. You said you would call me, but you didn’t.”
Prakash Raj is yet to respond to Vinod Kumar‘s claims, but netizens in the comments section are speculating which film Kumar is referring to. The two previously worked together in the 2021 Tamil film ‘Enemy’. Vinod Kumar has produced films such as ‘Enemy’, ‘Mark Antony’, ‘Lens’, ‘Vellayanai’, ‘Thittamiraandu’ among others.
