Scooby-Doo has a birthday reunion party at the Knittingham Puppy Farm, where he gets the family jeweled dog collar, which carries a curse from the Dogcatcher Ghost., Scooby’s parents and friends from the puppy farm are kidnapped by an old ghostly dogcatcher searching for a special dog collar.
