I’m the Problem
The 1987 crash of Pacific Southwest Airlines Flight 1771 near Cayucos, Cal., is recalled. The last words captured by the cockpit recorder were those of a former USAir employee believed to be responsible for the tragedy: “I’m the problem.” The recorder also picked up gunfire prior to the crash.
