College freshman Tommy (Philip McKeon) is now living away from home for the first time–and loving it. Alice (Linda Lavin) worries that Tommy is turning into a party animal, at the expense of his studies. Ultimately, Alice’s fears are confirmed when Tommy lands in jail after a pizza-parlor food fight sparked by his new circle of chums., Alice fears that Tommy is abusing his freedom away from home by majoring in extracurricular activities.
