Kiki and Zoey try to send out an alien signal using some old-school technology, and Amber must deal with the unintended consequences of their actions when the high-pitched signal attracts a mob of dogs., When Kiki and Zoey use the school satellite dish to send an alien signal, Amber and pet police dog Piper will have to think quickly to stop the school being overrun by canines.
