In this followup to the 1990 TV animated special Aliens Next Door, Earthlings Roger and Fran Peoples and their son Benny have become accustomed to their new life on the planet Bolognia. They also have made friends with their extraterrestrial next-door neighbors, Charlick and Mavo Zox. The only thing the Peoples’ haven’t yet done is to celebrate their first Bolognian Christmas–which, in fact, is everybody’s first Bolognian Christmas, including the skeptical Charlick and Mavo.
