After Stan punches a male meter maid during a disagreement over a parking ticket, a judge sentences him to two weeks of community service—as a meter maid. He finds it empowering. Meanwhile, Hayley poses in the nude for an art class, where one of the artists turns out to be Roger. Cameos include Forest Whitaker as a Parking Internal Affairs officer, and Molly Shannon as an old woman., In order to be taken more seriously, Stan becomes a meter maid. Now he’s getting the best tables at restaurants, pocketing quarters from meters and impressing Francine with his prowess. But, when Turlington from Parking Internal Affairs pays him a visit, Stan realises crime and this lifestyle don’t pay.
