Mayor: Byron Keith., Mr Freeze kidnaps Miss Iceland, freezes Commissioner Gordon and Chief O’Hara and discredits Batman and Robin by routing wimpy doubles of the Dynamic Duo. The genuine crimefighters find Mr Freeze in a seemingly abandoned Cold Storage Plant but are jumped and then placed in giant frozen popsicle containers, soon to be turned into Famous Frosty Freezies.
