After tracking down a precocious young liquor thief, Nucky and Owen are forced into hiding when the feds turn up unexpectedly., In the wake of finding an alcohol hoodlum, Nucky and Owen wind up spending a taxing night hanging out from the Feds with the bright perpetrator. However, Eli doesn’t believe Mickey’s judgment on an alcohol delivery for Arnold Rothstein in the supervisor’s absence and in New York, an apprehensive Luciano is called to a meeting with Joe Masseria. Capone’s fight with O’Banion warms up., With Johnny Torrio out of town, Al Capone takes matters into his own hands in the escalating feud with rival Chicago mobster Dean O’Banion.
