US series which helps homeowners take their next step on the property ladder. Alisha and her contractor husband bought a sprawling fixer-upper which they planned to turn into their dream home. Tragically, he passed away last year, and now that Alisha is raising their four-year-old son on her own, she is desperate to sell the ramshackle five-bedroom property and buy a smaller maintenance-free home instead.
