Second in a three-part series in which actress Caroline Quentin makes an epic journey through the Indian subcontinent from north to south. Three weeks into her journey, Caroline travels by camel to Jaisalmer and learns about the magnificent ‘living fort’ – one of the most endangered monuments in the world. She then heads back to Ahmedabad in Gujarat where she meets a local family who teach her a traditional dance ahead of the night-time Navratri festivities. Then Caroline journeys to India’s most cosmopolitan and modern city, Mumbai, where she gets fashion tips from a Bollywood actress.
