Plenty of Fish
The chefs must use Indian gourds in their appetizers; lutefisk in their entrées; and Chinese sausage in their desserts., In the first round, the chefs do their best to delicately cook a familiar fish, as they struggle to decide what to do with a tiny, Indian gourd.
