Welcome to Normal
In the first episode of the second series, Lucy is unconscious after a brutal attack by actress Julia Mallory, who blamed Lucy and the magazine’s articles for the destruction of her career. Meanwhile, paparazzo Don’s schizophrenia seems to be getting much, much worse and he is forced to make a difficult decision., As the second season opens, Lucy bounces back from her stabbing at the hand of Julia Mallory and runs with the story of a pregnant heiress (and former stripper) who is having difficulties with Russian-mob acquaintances of her late oil-tycoon husband. She also hires a journalism-school grad (Ryan Eggold) who finds a way into her hospital room, and assigns him to get the dirt on an erratically behaving starlet (Ashley Johnson).
