Several months after her encounter with Alpha, Echo has seemingly recovered from the multiple personalities he imprinted on her. But, as she embarks on a long-term engagement with new handler Ballard, she begins to behave strangely. Meanwhile, Dr Saunders takes out her rage on Topher, and a US Senator launches a high-profile investigation into the Rossum Corporation., The Season 2 opener begins with Echo engaged in a mission for Ballard: marrying a British businessman (Jamie Bamber) linked to one of the former FBI agent’s open cases. Saunders, meanwhile, deals with the unique circumstances of her origin by aiming her wrath at Topher., As part of the Dollhouse’s deal with Ballard, Echo becomes the ultimate double agent. Believing that she is Paul’s former FBI partner, she goes deep undercover investigating weapons broker Martin Klar., Brand new second series of Joss Whedon’s action drama starring Eliza Dushku.
