After serving time in prison for a crime he supposedly committed as a young child, James (Reef Ireland) returns to his hometown and the community he devastated years ago to put the pieces of his past together., James, 18, has been released from juvenile detention after serving time for his involvement in the suspected drowning of a young boy in a river years earlier.
