Bartender: Tom Hewitt., In a fit of nostalgia, Frasier (Kelsey Grammer) and Niles (David Hyde Pierce) purchase their favorite restaurant, a landmark establishment that has fallen on hard times. The brothers eagerly look forward to the opening of the newly christened “Les Frères Heureux,” which translates as “The Happy Brothers.” But “happy” is not the word that immediately springs to mind on opening night — especially after Frasier and Niles have managed to either injure or scare off virtually the entire staff., When Frasier and Niles learn that their favourite restaurant is closing down, they decide, on a whim, to buy the business in the hope of realising a life-long dream., When Frasier learns of the imminent closure of one of Seattle’s most famous restaurants, he, Niles, Martin and Daphne go along to bid the place goodbye. Then, in a moment of madness, Frasier and Niles decide to put in an offer for the restaurant. All seems well and good, until the chef quits on the night that all the major food critics decide to visit.
