In this third installment of the “Fred” movie series, Fred is unhappy when his mom sends him to a run-down summer camp. However, his outlook improves when he befriends some kids who want to defeat foes from a neighboring ritzy camp at an annual contest., Fred Figglehorn has his world turned upside down when his beloved music teacher is replaced. He begins to believe that his new instructor is really a vampire, and he sets out to prove this to others., Fred Figglehorn’s trip to summer camp turns into a total bust after his mother mistakenly signs him up to attend the dreaded Camp Iwannapeepee. School’s out, and now it’s time for some serious fun in the sun. But when Fred (Lucas Cruikshank) realizes that his mother has accidentally enrolled him in Camp Iwannapeepee, dark clouds seem to gather overhead. Is outwardly-amiable camp director Floyd (Tom Arnold) in fact a hideous rat monster who feasts on unsuspecting campers?
