The animated adventures of 15-year-old Rex, who has the power to grow amazing machines and gadgets from his body, which he uses in battle against other mutated creatures. While nearly all the Providence staff have left for a field training exercise, Noah convinces Rex to throw a party., Rex is grounded while the Providence crew are off-site, so Noah persuades him to have a party. But things soon take a turn when an EVO intruder is discovered inside the base.
