Eastern Canada is explored., Zoe D’Amato, native of Nova Scotia, uncovers hidden gems about a country she thought she had covered., Zoe D’Amato starts her journey at Cape Spear, where her boat is immediately surrounded by Hump Back whales. She then heads to Cape Breton Island on the northern tip of Nova Scotia to discover a thriving Gaelic culture. On Prince Edward Island, she learns about the local passion for a form of horse racing called ‘Harness racing’, before heading to New Brunswick, where she enjoys some kayak amongst the rocks and fishes for lobsters. Zoe then takes a flight inland to Quebec, just in time for the New France Festival. The highlight of her trip comes when she is invited to join in rehearsals by Cirque de Soleil. The last leg of the journey sees Zoe fly to Toronto, the capital of Ontario, a short drive from her final destination: the Majestic Niagara Falls.
