Today Justine Shapiro journeys through the Holy Land, starting in Tel Aviv for the Shabbat celebrations. Next day she heads north to a kibbutz and to Jerusalem for Easter and Passover, where she follows the way of the cross and attends a Bar Mitzvah. The Sinai desert is home to the Bedouin and Justine joins them in one of their tented communities. She also climbs Mt Sinai – revered by Christians, Jews and Muslims alike, all believing it to be where God delivered the Ten Commandments to Moses.
