A teenage girl wakes from a dream to find herself in a land inhabited by strange winged people., A young girl named Rakka is born to a different life as a new being in Charcoal Feather Federation. The teenage girl awakens from a dream of falling downward to find herself surrounded by people with wings who care for her through her transformation into one of them.
