Penny and Inspector Gadget track down jets stolen by Dr. Claw., From MAD headquarters to a secret military base, Inspector Gadget and Penny track down jets stolen by Dr Claw., Inspector Gadget heads to Pancake Flats Air Force base, where several top-secret jets have mysteriously vanished. It turns out that Dr. Claw is determined to create his own air force, and is using a bizarre mind-control device to carry out his diabolical scheme.
