The third and final official installment of this popular Hong Kong “Girls With Guns” action series was once again helmed by Teresa Woo, who directed the previous year’s Angel II. This time around, Moon (Moon Lee) must infiltrate a Libyan terrorist group which is killing various foreign dignitaries by posing as a Japanese assassin. When her identity is finally revealed, Moon must take on a dozen terrorists by herself, which she does in an outstanding fight scene notable for its classically implausible but visually thrilling style. Meanwhile, Alex (Alex Fong) and a Thai local named Kwai (Ralph Chen) search for leads in Bangkok, which leads to the American having to enter a kickboxing contest. Various fights, escapes, and perilous situations ensue, until Moon and Alex learn of the guerrillas’ plan to stage a raid on a garden party attended by various high-profile dignitaries. With the aid of jet-propelled rocket packs, the heroes race to the rescue, setting the stage for the final showdown.
