It’s Christmas and Kate wants everyone to appreciate that it is better to give than receive, so they take presents to patients at St Jude Children’s Research Hospital., The Gosselins show their appreciation for all the blessings they’ve received over the years by visiting a children’s hospital to hand out holiday gifts., Jon and Kate realise how fortunate they are to have all their needs met, so the whole family visits a children’s hospital to give gifts., To show their appreciation for having all of their needs met, Jon and Kate decide to visit a children’s hospital in Memphis and hand out gifts to the young patients.
