Campbell is renowned for his life long exploration and elucidation of the myths and legends which are the universal underpinnings of human psyche and culture. Both Moyers and Campbell are charming, erudite, and unpretentious in their conversational presentation of the deep subject of religious mythology. In this segment, Campbell traces the evolution of religious metaphors and their relevance in today’s world.
