Jury Duty

Needing a place to stay, a young slacker signs up for jury duty on a complicated case so he can be sequestered in a nice hotel in this broad comedy. Having no place else to go, he purposefully delays the case, much to the frustration of the other jurors., When jobless Tommy Collins discovers that sequestered jurors earn free room and board as well as $5-a-day, he gets himself assigned to a jury in a murder trial. Once there, he does everything he can to prolong the trial and deliberations and make the sequestration more comfortable for himself., A homeless man weasles his way onto a jury when he learns that he will get free room and board during a sequester., Wacky comedy about an unemployed guy who tries to rolong a court case in order to continue receiving the luxuries of a juror. Tommy (Pauly Shore) is a jury member on what should be an open-and-shut murder case, but he is so contented within his luxury hotel that he is prepared to try anything to make the case seem more ambiguous. However, his fellow jurors are less than thrilled by his efforts and become more intent on killing him than on taking part in the trial! Tia Carrere co-stars as fellow juror Monica, with whom Tommy falls in love., Pauly Shore stars as Tommy Collins an unemployed loser who tries to keep deliberations of an open-and-shut murder case going as long as humanly possible, so he can continue to enjoy the comforts of being sequestered in a luxury hotel … at least until the little bottles of shampoo run out.
