One of Hyacinth’s neighbors calls to tell her about her month-long Caribbean vacation, and not to be outdone, Hyacinth (Patricia Routledge) demands she and Richard (Clive Swift) get brochures at the local travel agency to show everyone she is planning a trip to an exclusive location. Rose (Mary Millar) calls for advice on becoming a missionary. Meanwhile, Onslow (Geoffrey Hughes) feels his charitable duty lies in rescuing Richard from Hyacinth for an afternoon.
