The Baton Rouge Serial Killer
The sheriff’s office return to Whiskey Bay to conduct a sweep of the waters, looking for dead bodies. A known body-dumping ground, Whiskey Bay was also reported to be the preferred dumpsite of an infamous serial killer, Derrick Todd Lee.
