Misadventures in Babysitting
Lizzie convinces her dad that she’s old enough to babysit Matt, unaware of how stressful her first night on the job will be., Lizzie convinces her dad that she’s old enough to baby-sit Matt (Jake Thomas), unaware of how stressful her first night on the job will be. Gordo: Adam Lamberg., Much against their better judgment, Mr. and Mrs. McGuire (Robert Carradine, Hallie Todd) agree to let Lizzie (Hilary Duff) babysit for brother Matt (Jake Thomas). Big mistake! Throughout the evening, Lizzie and her friends Miranda (Lalaine) and Gordo (Adam Lamberg) are subjected to a campaign of terror conducted by Matt, who knows that if he gets into big trouble, so will Lizzie. Later on, Mr. McGuire sneaks back to check up on the kids — only to be mistaken to a burglar and then given the traditional Home Alone treatment!, Lizzie’s father reluctantly allows her to baby-sit Matt, although he believes she’s still too young. Lizzie struggles to prove him wrong. Even with Gordo and Miranda helping, everything goes horribly wrong.
