Eddie: Keith Taylor., To help Tim meet expenses, Martin tutors an obnoxious child., To help Tim (Bill Bixby) balance the household budget, Martin takes a job tutoring 12-year-old Eddie Prescott (Keith Taylor), a spoiled brat who hates school. Eddie also wears silver braces–and it just so happens that Martin is allergic to silver. Before long, Martin’s powers have been sapped and Eddie has “inherited” his teacher’s high intelligence. Martin must now retrieve his brainpower without inflicting damage on the hapless youngster!
