“Out of Sync.”, Karas battles Fukurou on Haruka’s roof, but Fukurou eventually decides to spare Haruka and go back to his own world with Kosagi, possibly because the fighting was destabilizing the dimension. Meanwhile, Uchida explains her membership in the “Magic Circle” research group, and some of the issues of quantum physics that have come into play are explained in greater detail.
