Geri Turner (Debra Christofferson) reports a friend’s death from hanging; detectives investigate a killing at a construction site that involves warring factions of workers. Ray Harvey: Cyrus Farmer. Geri Turner (Debra Christofferson), the “kinky” assistant whom Sipowicz (Dennis Franz) had transferred from the department, is the main suspect in a hanging which may have resulted from a session of rough sex. A murder at a construction site reveals a larger conspiracy. And Martinez (Nicholas Turturro) draws closer to the convalescing Gina (Lourdes Benedicto).
